Jetmoto Warranty 6-MONTH PARTS ONLY WARRANTY TERMS: Days (if parts are approved by Jetmoto) warrants to the purchaser hat it will replace free of charge, during usual working hours, any part except for tires, batteries, starters, brakes and body parts, that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, for a period of 180 days from the date of delivery, WITH THE EXCEPTIONS SHOWN BELOW. The warranty covers replacement of the part only and DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY LABOR. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: (1) PARTS THAT ARE DAMAGED BY ABUSE, NEGLECT, OR ACCIDENT; (2) FLUIDS OR SHIPPING CHARGES; (3) LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, COMMERCIAL LOSS OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; NOR DO REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT EXTEND THIS WARRANTY BEYOND THE DESCRIBED PERIOD FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
